The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with functional knowledge to implement solutions, streamline collections processes, and support end-users. Key Responsibilities Implement and Configure Oracle Advanced Collections: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Advanced Collections to optimize collections processes, reduce delinquency rates, and improve cash flow management. System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS modules, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and patch installations, ensuring compliance with Oracle standards. Business Process Improvement: Work closely with finance, AR, and collections teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows. Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design solutions within Oracle EBS. Customization and Development: Develop custom reports, forms, workflows, and dashboards in Oracle Advanced Collections using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder. Testing and Validation : Conduct functional and integration testing for new modules, patches, and customizations, ensuring solutions meet business needs and perform as expected. User Training and Documentation : Deliver training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users, empowering teams to effectively utilize Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable functionalities. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop advanced reporting solutions for aging analysis, collections forecasting, account statuses, and KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making within finance and collections. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a strong focus on Advanced Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management. Proven experience in a techno-functional role, providing both functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS environments. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher. Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and customization of Oracle modules. Knowledge of data structures, table relationships, and key integrations within Oracle EBS. Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collections processes, dunning management, dispute management, and credit control. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable best practices, cash application, and account reconciliation.
