The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical writing expertise and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. This role involves working closely with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and stakeholders to create, maintain, and optimize technical and training documentation, ensuring it aligns with the organizations business objectives and technical standards. Must Haves: 5+ years as a Technical Writer documenting user manuals, training guides, and knowledge articles for various audiences ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum requirement per client). Strong understanding of ServiceNow technical elements, such as business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, integrations, and scripting (Looks like they want someone to document their customizations of ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical writing expertise and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. Might be a rare combination but we will need at Technical Writer who has documented ServiceNow customizations for large enterprise organizations) Key Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in technical writing, creating user manuals, training guides, and knowledge articles. Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Skills: Strong grasp of ServiceNow elements (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, integrations, scripting). Documentation Focus: Document custom ServiceNow configurations for enterprise environments, working closely with development and administration teams. ServiceNow Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog experience preferred. Other Skills: Application development, Import/export, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Knowledge Management.
