Job Description: Specflow Engineer Location: Chandler, AZ (hybrid) Type: [Full-Time/Contract] Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled .Net BDD Automation Engineer with a strong background in building automated testing solutions using .Net and Specflow. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of object-oriented programming and experience in developing automation frameworks to support Agile/Scrum development environments. You will play a key role in enhancing our software delivery process through effective automation practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using .Net and Specflow to ensure high-quality software delivery. Automate REST Sharp APIs and other services using various testing tools. Implement and enhance Selenium Web Driver for automated UI testing. Design modular and reusable testing solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. Provide expertise, training, and coaching in automation to team members. Collaborate with development teams to advocate for automation infrastructure and best practices. Identify and select automation test cases, creating, enhancing, debugging, and running them as necessary. Assess functional and technical gaps in designs and provide recommendations for improvement. Support continuous improvement processes by analyzing problems and recommending effective resolutions. Maintain knowledge of the latest automation methodologies and tools to ensure we stay current with industry standards. Interact with customers/clients to address issues and provide updates on progress. Required Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in building automated solutions for UI, middle tier, and backend services. Strong .Net coding experience with a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency in REST Sharp API automation. Experience with Selenium Web Driver for .Net. Hands-on experience with Specflow and BDD frameworks. Familiarity with CICD DevOps pipelines, Git as source control, and tools like Jenkins. Knowledge of Postman and SOAP UI for API testing. Experience working with microservice architecture. Proven ability to build and maintain API-driven test frameworks and automated test suites. Good to Have: Experience with Agile Methodology.
