the Hiring Manager:

We are currently seeking
an experienced Pega Admin who is Pega Certified and
has strong expertise in infrastructure and solution design. This is not a
development role, so we are specifically looking for someone with a deep
understanding of Pega systems from an administration and infrastructure
perspective, not someone with a background in coding or development.

The ideal candidate will
be proactive, a strong communicator, and have experience supporting complex
technical solutions across various teams. Youll need to be adept at
understanding business needs, designing infrastructure solutions, and
supporting project delivery teams. If you have a passion for working on

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
 in Engineering or a
related technical field (or equivalent experience).

Pega Certification
 (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Conceptualization:

Stay updated on industry
trends, including emerging technologies and infrastructure best practices.

Evaluate internal/external
requirements and determine when Proof of Concept (PoC) or Proof of
Technology (PoT) is necessary.

Analyze and select the best
technologies suited for a given solution.

Support teams in building
business cases for PoC/PoT, showcasing how the proposed solution meets
organizational needs and offers potential benefits.

Solution Definition and Design:

Assist in the gathering and
analysis of technical and infrastructure requirements.

Collaborate with clients to
fully understand their requirements and translate them into actionable
solutions.

Work with domain/product
architects and other teams to assess architectural options and provide
recommendations.

Collaborate on creating
High-Level Designs (HLD) and functional designs for projects.

Design infrastructure
solutions based on project needs, ensuring they align with existing IT and
business structures.

Develop Proof of Technology
(PoT) to validate proposed solutions.

Conduct hardware sizing and
other technical assessments based on project specifications and
non-functional requirements.

Assist with solution
deployment and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.

Gather feedback from
stakeholders and incorporate necessary adjustments into the final design.

Project Support:

Identify opportunities to
optimize costs, time, and resources in project delivery.

Serve as the primary point
of contact for clients regarding technical clarifications and updates.

Manage stakeholder
expectations and provide guidance on complex technical issues.

Offer multiple solution
approaches for the delivery team to consider and test.

Asset Development and Governance:

Identify and address
technical challenges that arise during the development and implementation
of enterprise assets.

Track usage and performance
of reusable assets and components across the organization.

Share utilization reports
with the Enterprise Architect and other relevant stakeholders.

Collect feedback from
project teams on asset effectiveness and provide recommendations for
improvement.

Monitor the ongoing
performance of assets during real-time project implementation.

Business Development Support:

Explore the market for new
technologies that could be leveraged by CTS.

Identify new opportunities
with existing clients and potential new clients.

Develop materials for
proposals and support the team during the RFP process.

Participate in discussions
with clients and contribute to the proposal development process.

Represent CTS at industry
events, conferences, or seminars to share knowledge and build the
companys brand.

Support decision-making on
hardware sizing and related technical matters to assist in go/no-go
decisions.

What Were Looking For:

Pega Certification
 is a non-negotiable
requirement.

Solid experience
 in solution
conceptualization, infrastructure design, and project delivery.

Proven ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, architects,
and engineers.

Experience in optimizing
infrastructure solutions to ensure cost, time, and resource efficiency.

Strong communication
and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing roles.

Ability to create
high-level designs, functional specifications, and other technical
documentation.

Experience with hardware
sizing and other infrastructure assessments.

A proactive,
solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and staying current
with emerging technologies.
