There is a request to: Enumerate the current features/functions of the CSR product Work with stakeholders to identify any existing gaps/pain points Evaluate an alternative that may be introduced as part of the Elevate project Do a side-by-side comparison of features/capabilities of the existing and Elevate alternative against features identified in 1&2 Determine cost of operating each solution Provide a summary recommendation In our old consulting practice, this was generally an IT Architect with some business consulting skills.
