http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1919367&uid= From: sana, Vrddhi Solutions, LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: ERP Master Data Project Manager Location: highly prefer local candidates; will consider remote if they are super strong and know they will be traveling in for key meetings EST or CST candidates only Duration: 12+ month contract High-Level Description of Ideal Candidate: Technical Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience in managing ERP Data conversion and data migration projects, who has previously worked on project management of the data analysis, data profiling, data transformation, and ETL activities of master data conversion from legacy systems into the client ERP. Should be familiar with both functional and technical aspects of ERP system and managed multiple teams in a large-scale ERP implementation project. Should be familiar with ERP Master data, O2C, P2P, Data Governance and Master data management applications. Should have developed, maintained, and tracked a data conversion, migration project plan, and cutover plan. Should have more than 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level data conversion projects from legacy mainframe systems to a combined single system using phased approach. Key Responsibilities: Work on multi data conversion roadmap items Will work with business professionals to develop and deliver against the project plan. Will be responsible for driving the teams through solution design/development and delivery. Manage multiple consultants, projects, and clients at the same time. Experience with risk identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates. Provide project management and oversight to client implementations. Experience leading detailed requirements and specification activities. Immense experiences in document analysis, workshops, business process reviews, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis. Analyze and evaluate information collected from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and interpret and synthesize high-level information into details for general understanding. Develop documented business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, and design documentation. Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation and status communication. Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders. Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences. Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support. Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish. Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required. Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve. Facilitate meetings, discussions and document key decisions made. Manage tight deadlines.
