Seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Professional - Onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA - Job#750833

We are currently seeking an Oracle Customer Care/billing/ Oracle Analytics Publisher for an onsite role expected to last 1 year.

This role will be onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is seeking someone experienced with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.

Preference will be given to those within driving distance as it is onsite. Candidates should be comfortable with virtual or onsite interview if local. If not local they should have ALL skills for review.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or related field and
Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience workingwith and maintaining enterprise level computer applications OR
An equivalent combination of education and/orexperience (i.e., one year of relevant full-time experience may substitute forone year of education).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalcommunication skills.
Experience with Oracle-based applications, inparticular Customer Care & Billing and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Desired qualifications:
Experience with process design, logical workflow analysis and design.
Experience with in-depth configuration, code, analysis, and output.
Extensive experience with Oracle and Oracle-based technologies.
Experience with Utilities in both support and processes.
Extensive experience troubleshooting problems and root cause analysis.
