GC , GC-EAD and H4-EAD, USC only! The client is looking for a Sr. Product Owner for a 6-month hybrid contract role in Atlanta, GA. The Sr. PO will: Own and prioritize the Agile Team backlog, ensuring user stories are clear and well-defined. Act as the main point of contact between the Dev team and the Customer team to clarify user stories. Ensure the Dev team has a well-defined backlog, with 2 sprints' worth of ready work. Drive user story refinement and ensure the team maintains high productivity and velocity. Own the quality control process by accepting stories as "done" once acceptance criteria are met. Collaborate with Product Management for Program Increment (PI) Planning and align backlogs across multiple teams. Mentor other Product Owners to develop their skills. Key Requirements: Experience in Agile (Scrum) environments. Strong product ownership skills, especially with defining and prioritizing backlogs. Experience with cross-functional teams and large initiatives. Mentorship skills for less experienced Product Owners. Local candidates preferred, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite). Former T-Mobile candidates are preferred. This role involves a significant amount of coordination, team support, and ensuring quality execution of Agile processes.
