In this role, you will work across the business and technical teams to analyze data requirements, platform feature needs, and business strategy to define a future state data architecture. This role is also responsible for decomposing the future state architecture into transition phases to form a coherent and complete data platform roadmap. The role contributes to data governance efforts and serves as a technical lead resource for implementation teams. Responsibilities: 1. Candidate must demonstrate experience in data pipeline architecture with multiple types of technologies and domains in an architect role. 2. Work with and communicate complex topics to senior and executive business and technical leaders. 3. Monitor, evaluate, and translate the meaning of technology trends that have an impact to the organization. 4. Evaluate, define, and implement data policy and standards. 5. Align business and technology strategies by creating and maintaining a data architecture and roadmap. 6. Work with Project & Program Managers to evaluate and create project charter documents to achieve roadmap objectives. Serve as a key stakeholder and technical resource to project implementation teams. 7. Evaluate and drive technology product selection processes Requirements: 10+ years experience with data integration integrating data from disparate sources 7+ years' Data operations experience, including Data Warehousing, ETL, and supporting data science efforts. 5+ years experience as a Data Architect 5+ years' experience in Agile methodologies 3+ years' experience in Data Governance and Data policy development 3+ years' knowledge of Azure, GitHub Exceptional presentation and documentation skills Experienced in communication at all levels of the organization, able to evangelize and effect influence to drive adoption and understanding Able to demonstrate experience in the evaluation of technology to define solutions for complex business problems Demonstrate experience in working with Vector, Raster, Tabular and Unstructured data.
