Job Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of the Studio Financial & Sales Transformation program, ensuring alignment with Studios strategy and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, coordinating efforts across FP&A, Sales Planning, Enterprise Technology, and other relevant teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and key milestones. Work closely with the CIO and CTO organizations to ensure seamless integration of content and customer data systems into the programs scope. Collaborate with Studios FP&A, Sales, Data Product Managers, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on program goals, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support the transformation of FP&A and Sales Planning processes. Work with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overall technology strategy. Ensure technical solutions are effectively integrated with existing systems, and that data flows seamlessly across platforms to support decision-making.
