Very senior profile Architect level. Role Description This is an 18-month project contract role as a Workday Solution Architect / Digital Product Owner located in one of three locations (1) Boston, MA, (2) Billerica, MA, or (3) Alpharetta, GA with flexibility for some remote work 2-3 days a week. The role involves tasks such as solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process management. It is a hybrid role, allowing some work from home. Qualifications Solution Architecture, Consulting, and Integration skills Software Development and Business Process expertise Experience in leading and executing projects Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Client is currently implementing Workday, and the Platform Owner will be a key contributor to the project. Initially, this person will be the primary representative of the Application and Platform Team on the project and be responsible for coordinating additional resources as needed throughout the project. They should be a subject matter expert in Workday and related technologies. This position will collaborate with cross - functional partners and all levels of management to provide expertise while supporting the business and systems strategy. Will provide execution, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of enhancements of Workday and related HR Technology solutions. Client is new on the Workday journey, so this is a really great opportunity to help shape the functional direction of our Workday use and maximizing its value to Client!
