Knowledge on Core connector, EIBs and Studio Integrations on both Inbound, Outbound integrations Knowledge on troubleshooting of Integration failures and Errors Looking for L2 and L3 support so need to have knowledge on Ticketing tools and SLAs Also Documenting repetitive incidents and solutions provided in an SOPs for future use.
