We need candidates who have substantial experience in Convergent Mediation (CM) and FICA. Job Description: Looking for more than 10 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/ support environment in Convergent Mediation and at least 1 end to end project implementation in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation CM. Must have knowledge of BRIM architecture. Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements. Work with customers for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day to day issues, perform root cause analysis. Experience in writing functional specifications and developing custom enhancements/reports in CM. Must have knowledge of customized environments and interfaces with third party systems.
