Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions on time and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals. Establish program governance, project plans, and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of Workday solutions with business needs. Communicate program status, updates, and risks to senior management and stakeholders. Gather and prioritize business requirements to optimize Workday functionalities. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in Workday utilization. Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Management. Qualifications: Proven track record of leading Workday implementations or upgrades Expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financial Management Experience in Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources. Experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar sector.
