Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare operating instructions and procedures Working with different Telecom Service providers and OEM vendors Work on MDF/IDF cabling and patching for legacy digital and analog phones for Avaya systems. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve telephony issues.
