Role :: QA Automation Engineer with Cypress, Javascript and API Testing

Location ::
Charlotte,NC(Onsite)

Type :: Contract

Requirements

Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years
of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on UI and API test automation.

Proficiency with Cypress
for automated testing, including custom command creation and handling asynchronous test execution.

Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
for test automation.

Experience with RESTful API testing
, including validation of response codes, schemas, and data accuracy.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and integrating test automation into pipelines.

Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes.

Experience with version control systems
(e.g., Git) and following best practices in code management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
