Remote 6-12 months ongoing Long term Contract we do more for best candidate Description We are seeking a skilled SNOW GRC Developer with extensive experience in migrating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, specifically from RSA Archer to ServiceNow GRC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC frameworks, ServiceNow development, and data migration processes, as well as experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and implementation of GRC solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration of GRC data and processes from RSA Archer to ServiceNow GRC, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current GRC processes, and recommend improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation, including migration plans, system configurations, and user guides. Conduct testing and validation of migrated data and processes to ensure functionality and accuracy. Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in GRC, ServiceNow development, and Third-Party Risk Management. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC) or Certified Implementation Specialist in TPRM (CIS-TPRM) Proven experience as a GRC Developer, with a focus on ServiceNow and RSA Archer. Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. Experience with data migration tools and techniques, specifically for RSA Archer to ServiceNow. Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification. Familiarity with ITIL and other relevant frameworks. Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and functionalities. Cybersecurity Knowledge Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
