Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules for mortgage-related software projects. Oversee the defect management process, including running defect triage meetings and coordinating with development teams for resolution. Good to have skills Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing processes. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Cypress and JMeter) and a proven track record of implementing effective automated testing strategies. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
