Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features. Should be able to work with Functional SME to define roadmap for Customer Data Platform project. Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources, Data Quality and Data Source Mapping. Should be able to define Ingestion/Egression Patterns of data in Microsoft Customer Insights. Understand dependencies amongst data sources and destinations and provide inputs to building architecture and design documents. Bring best practices for CDP and Journey orchestration to the engagement. Work with internal and CDP vendor professional services to execute Omni channel use cases. Desired skills At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of CDP project Hands on Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Hands on experience on MDM implementations Must have hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Customer Insights - Data and Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys Overall 12+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years of crafting customer-centric datasets (i.e. CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, CDP, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.) Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360-degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making Strong understanding of ETL, Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution Strong and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data modeling, and Data warehouse Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, customer360, MarTech space is a big plus -- Regards, Prashanth B Tekgence Inc.
