Top Requirements: Strong communication skills Capable of running big room planning, RTE/AGILE/Safe Certified Strong Scrum backgrounds someone who work in enterprise level companies Managing and delivering Observability products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies. Main Responsibilities Project Initiation : Lead project kick-off and inception activities, setting a strong foundation for success. Cross-Functional Coordination : Drive and align teams in support of key product initiatives by working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, DevOps, and QA. Roadmap Development : Partner with Product Management to create viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities, enabling the full potential of each product. Project Execution : Coordinate project development from initiation to release using Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC principles. Release Planning : Collaborate with business units to prioritize, plan, and complete development schedules for major product releases. Agile Methodology : Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with an understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD). Team Metrics : Monitor and manage team velocity, financials, and other key metrics to ensure progress aligns with goals. Issue Resolution : Identify and escalate impediments, risks, and issues to maintain momentum in product development. Training and Mentoring : Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and team members. Stakeholder Communication : Develop and deliver formal presentations, training, and executive-level updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment with multiple SAFe Agile teams. 2+ years managing and delivering Observability products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies. Experience with project budgeting and reporting. Certifications : SAFe and/or Scrum Master Certification is preferred. PMP Certification is a plus. Agile Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, and Kanban. Key Skills Communication : Ability to provide program-level updates to executives, demonstrating leadership and fostering trust within the organization. Facilitation : Proficient in leading Scrum meetings and team discussions, coordinating cross-functional collaboration. Transparency : Strong commitment to transparency, fostering trust within the team and with business partners. Conflict Resolution : Skilled in handling impediments and facilitating alternative solutions to resolve conflicts effectively.
