Support and participate in customer meetings. Ability to perform solution design. Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers Carrying out Development/Implementation tasks as required. Reviewing/updating functional /technical specs documents. Coordinating with the customer & team (Offshore & Onshore) to address any open questions/queries. Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities Provide support for estimations Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements Provide technical/functional leadership in the development / implementation project. QUALIFICATION An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred) Understanding in configuring and customizing JDA ESP Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures Prior experience with configuration & development with JDA ESP. SKILL SET Should have good understanding in order promising. Experience developing on Windows/Unix environment. Experience in Pl/SQL/ script programming Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures Strong conceptual understanding in the Retail Supply Chain Planning Good Knowledge on ESP. Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills Strong Communicator Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.
