Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Location: Culver City, CA (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa: Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs, including creating custom plugins, workflows, and integrations. Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, or middleware. Maintain data integrity within Dynamics 365 by managing data imports/exports, migrations, and transformations. Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for new and existing features within the CRM. Stay updated with Microsofts latest CRM updates and new features to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM 365 Developer, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugin Development, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Common Data Service. Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using REST APIs or SOAP services. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. [Preferred] Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft technologies.
