Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools such as: o Jenkins o Liquibase Experience working on complex projects with multi-tier architecture. Excellent client-facing abilities. Quick learner who can take ownership of tasks with minimal guidance. Skills in identifying risks and forming contingency plans promptly. Ability to analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions/meetings for improvements. Commitment to keeping up to date with industry trends and developments. Capable of updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. Manage team metrics and collaborate with the Jira administration team for necessary customizations. Excellent at motivating team members and creating an open environment for questions and concerns. Commitment to transparency with the team regarding challenges, failures, and successes. Experience in writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive suggestions to the team. Assist the team in managing Git repository and planning deployment activities. Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis.
