Role :: SAP GRC Lead Location :: Houston , TX Duration :: 12 Months SAP Security Management : Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles, authorizations, and profiles across various SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.) to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. GRC Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) to streamline risk and compliance processes. Access Control : Configure and manage SAP GRC Access Control components, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Request Management (ARM), and Business Role Management (BRM). Risk Management : Identify, analyze, and mitigate security and access-related risks within SAP landscapes; conduct risk assessments and design security policies that meet organizational requirements. Compliance Management : Ensure SAP systems comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX), and industry standards; manage audit processes and support audit readiness. User Administration : Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring efficient, secure access management. Monitoring & Reporting : Set up and maintain continuous monitoring and reporting on security events, GRC activities, and policy compliance; recommend improvements based on findings. Documentation & Training : Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP security and GRC configurations, policies, and procedures; train end-users and support teams on best practices. Collaboration : Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, auditors, and SAP Basis teams to address security requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth integration with SAP systems. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC, with a strong understanding of SAP role design, GRC Access Control, and Process Control. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management). Strong understanding of SAP security principles, role-based access control, and compliance standards. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security and Fiori authorization concepts is a plus. Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to stakeholders. Certifications : SAP Security and/or SAP GRC certification(s) preferred.
