From: Vikas Kardam, Tek Inspiration LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - SAP Business ByDesign Consultant Position: SAP Business ByDesign Consultant Location: Global (North America, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business ByDesign Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of SAP Business ByDesign across our global BioPharma operations. This role involves working with over 20 entities worldwide, ensuring a smooth transition to the new environment, and stabilizing and optimizing the system. The ideal candidate will address current issues related to incomplete master data and product hierarchies and support the eventual migration to S/4 HANA. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP Business ByDesign for 20+ global entities. Stabilize and organize the SAP Business ByDesign environment to ensure optimal performance. Address and resolve issues related to incomplete master data and product hierarchies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the system runs smoothly. Build and lead a team to support the global rollout of SAP Business ByDesign. Prepare the organization for a future migration to S/4 HANA. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing SAP Business ByDesign, preferably in a global setting. Strong understanding of master data management and product hierarchies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience in the BioPharma industry is a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with S/4 HANA or other SAP solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the BioPharma industry.
