The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Manufacturing modules and a proven track record in implementation and support projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to complex Oracle MFG implementation and support projects. Provide expert-level consulting services in areas such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and other manufacturing processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Configure and customize Oracle MFG applications to meet specific client needs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor and guide junior team members. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of overall IT experience. At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle MFG modules, preferably in a consulting or implementation role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certifications in relevant modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. Knowledge of industry-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing).
