Location: Hartford , CT, US(HYBRID) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Tech Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS technologies, including AWS Glue Studio, AWS Cloud Formation, AWS CloudWatch, AWS Glue ETL, AWS Glue Catalog, Amazon S3, AWS IAM, Python, and Apache Spark. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, ensuring they align with company goals, and delivering impactful results. Required Skills: Python, Apache Spark, AWS IAM, Amazon S3, AWS Glue Catalog, AWS Glue ETL, AWS Cloud Watch, AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Glue Studio Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of complex projects using AWS technologies. Oversee the integration of AWS Glue Studio, AWS Cloud Formation, and AWS Cloud Watch into project workflows. Provide technical guidance on AWS Glue ETL and AWS Glue Catalog to ensure data management efficiency. Manage data storage solutions using Amazon S3 and ensure security protocols with AWS IAM. Utilize Python and Apache Spark for data processing and analysis tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all projects align with the companys strategic objectives and goals. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Implement best practices for project management and AWS technology usage. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management. Demonstrate expertise in AWS Glue Studio, AWS Cloud Formation, and AWS CloudWatch. Have hands-on experience with AWS Glue ETL, AWS Glue Catalog, and Amazon S3. Show proficiency in AWS IAM for managing access and security. Be skilled in Python and Apache Spark for data processing tasks. Exhibit strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display a strong understanding of data management and cloud technologies.
