Role Description:

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Configure,
implement, and support the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality
Management) modules.

Collaborate
with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and
implement best practices in manufacturing processes.

Develop
and configure SAP PPQM processes, including production planning, capacity
planning, MRP, and quality control.

Ensure
seamless integration of SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules like
MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and SD (Sales and
Distribution).

Provide
training and support to end users, ensuring they understand and utilize
SAP PPQM features effectively.

Perform
data migration, testing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and
reliability in manufacturing and quality management processes.

Troubleshoot
and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and improved
operational efficiency.

Document
business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications
for ongoing reference and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelors
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related
field.

5+
years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with a strong background
in manufacturing processes.

Proficiency
in SAP configuration and implementation, particularly in PP and QM
modules.

Knowledge
of manufacturing best practices and processes, including MRP, production
scheduling, quality control, and inspection.

Strong
understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM, WM,
and SD.

Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience
with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with
stakeholders at all levels.

SAP
certification in PP, QM, or S/4HANA is preferred.
