Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UI applications built with Angular and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to understand application features and create comprehensive test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Utilize automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Cucumber) to implement and maintain automated UI tests. Conduct usability testing and ensure compliance with UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards. Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on UI code quality and testing best practices. Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends related to Angular and React applications. 5+ years of experience in UI testing for web applications, specifically with Angular and React frameworks. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks for front-end testing. Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and scripts in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Cucumber). Familiarity with RESTful API testing using tools like Postman or similar frameworks. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
