Responsibilities Develop user-centric designs by understanding user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma and Canva. Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. Maintain consistency by adhering to established design guidelines, style guides, and best practices. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and engagement. Solve complex design challenges, ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms. Utilize Figma and Canva to create visually appealing and functional designs. Requirements 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within retail or e-commerce domains. Strong expertise in Figma and Canva for design creation and collaboration. A compelling portfolio showcasing user-centric designs, prototypes, and successful design implementations. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience conducting usability testing and gathering actionable insights to improve designs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail design trends.
