This role is ideal for a technical leader who can simplify complex challenges and align our technology with our mission to enhance user experience and positively impact participants' lives. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive full-stack knowledge, including expertise in ReactJS, SQL, C#, .NET Core, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with MongoDB and Kafka is a plus. This role calls for an innovative, solution-driven developer ready to collaborate closely with the client and development team, actively supporting and guiding progress through strategic technology decisions and impactful, user-centered solutions. Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in leading technology modernization efforts, ensuring best practices in scalability, efficiency, and security. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including key technical leadership, to create solutions that drive improved user experiences. Contribute to strategic decision-making, balancing innovative approaches with practical, results-oriented outcomes. Engage in hands-on development across the full stack, with particular expertise in ReactJS, SQL, C#, .NET Core, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Developer, with strong expertise in healthcare technology and architecture. Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like ReactJS and back-end technologies like C# and .NET Core. Strong experience with SQL and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS or Azure. Familiarity with MongoDB and Kafka is preferred but not required. Solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges and a commitment to driving meaningful change.
