Job Title-  Oracle  Order to Cash (OTC) Lead

Location  Santa Clara, CA Onsite

Duration 1+year    

       Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and SCM Cloud Modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Costing.

       Must understand Sales Order Management business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.

       Must deliver/Review functional specifications documentations for RICEFW.

       Write/Review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.

       Should handle the Solution Development and configuration of End to End Order Management processes in Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules based on BR100 documents.

       Create/ Review and execute the test scripts for Order Management processes with the Oracle Cloud Order management.

       Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager

       Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template

       Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's

       Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

       Should handle the data mapping and fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules from Legacy systems.

       Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.

       Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.

       Should have Good knowledge on handling EDI integrations with 3rd Party Applications relevant to the Order Management processes.

       Responsible for training Key business users to handle their day to day processes with Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules.

       Taking business transition from incumbent vendors/client IT during new client engagement onboarding phase.

       Demonstrate Knowledge of Retail / Manufacturing industry nuances for Oracle Order Management Cloud Implementations.

       Any University bachelors / Masters degree.

       Overall 8 to 12 Years experience.

       Having Industry Domain Experience of 5-8 years will be an added advantage.

       Extensive background as Consultant having covered at least 3 of the functional areas of Oracle Order Management Cloud like Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory.

Technical Analyst/Developer: Working on a set of integrations to ensure everything is completely documented and developed as par standards.

Partner with SI and internal stakeholders to ensure operational processes and SOX controls are designed and built with repeatability and automation in mind.

Ensure each specific integrations in their individual area are documented as per standards/specifications., code/config is checked into repo and code pipelines are leveraged for deployments

Enforce change management process to manage changes to the inventory of integrations. Communicate with stakeholders and define appropriate testing when changes occur.

Make changes to the integration inventory to ensure they are representative of the integration design and all key details are captured.

Work with each application owner to ensure all application related roadmap and information is captured accurately.

Work with each workstream SME to onboard applications to ServiceNow if they are missing for boundary applications.

Duration 1+year    

15 Years experience with in Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP fusion application.

Expertise in at least two Fusion SCM modules (Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, WMS & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential.

Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP SMC Fusion.

Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.

Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will be working at onshore client engagement which involves implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

Will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, WMS & other SCM Cloud Modules

Will be responsible for successful implementation of the solution at the customer site.
