In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP's Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA or ECC environment and be able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into functional solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with SAP OTC (Order to Cash) processes, preferably in a consultant or functional role. SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) module and integration with Finance (FI) and Materials Management (MM). Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP configuration and customization, including user exits, BADI, and IDoc processing. Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA features, or SAP Cloud solutions is a plus. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes in sales, order management, invoicing, and customer financial management. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into SAP solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams effectively. Project Management: Experience in leading or contributing to SAP implementation projects, upgrades, or support activities. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
