Proven leadership experience, especially in guiding development teams and collaborating with offshore resources. Expertise in BRM customization, configuration scripting, and system performance optimization. Familiarity with data security practices and compliance requirements. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Oracle BRM certifications or related qualifications are preferred.
