In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing chatbot solutions on the Kore.AI platform. This position requires hands-on expertise in Kore.AI, along with strong skills in bot development, NLP, and API integration.Key Responsibilities: Chatbot Development: Design and develop conversational flows and bots using Kore.AIs Conversational AI platform to address specific use cases and user requirements. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Work with the NLP engine on Kore.AI to create intents, define entities, and manage conversational context for optimal user experience. API Integration: Integrate chatbots with third-party APIs, databases, and backend systems to enable dynamic responses and data exchanges within the conversation. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of the bots functionality, troubleshoot issues, and refine the bot for improved accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and project managers to align chatbot functionality with business objectives. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of chatbot development processes, configurations, and updates. Continuous Improvement: Optimize chatbot performance by analyzing usage data, incorporating user feedback, and refining conversational flows and NLP configurations.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Kore.AI or similar Conversational AI platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kore.AI bot configuration, intent training, and entity management. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or other scripting languages for bot logic and API calls. Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integration methodologies. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and act upon chatbot analytics and performance data to drive improvements. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team interaction. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Kore.AI certification or equivalent certification in other Conversational AI platforms is a plus. Additional Skills: Knowledge of other conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow, Lex, or Watson Assistant is an advantage.
