They work closely with finance and accounting teams to configure and implement the SAP FICO module for organizations. Responsibilities of an SAP FICO consultant: Operations and maintenance of SAP FICO business processes through Incident and Problem management activities Adhere to the SLAs defined per SOW on the Incident managements activities Resolution of P1, P2, P3 and P4 incidents as per defined SLAs Regular updates to runbook and application support documents Co-ordination with upstream/downstream systems for incident and data issue resolution Analysis and response to user queries related to modules in scope which includes support for customer privacy data requests. Unit Testing Weekly and monthly support status to review the incidents response/resolution SLA, problem tickets and Continuous improvement. Identify scope for incident reduction through problem management process and provide fix for recurring incidents. Month end and Year end activities.
