Project duties will include project management/ coordination, direction, guidance and consultation of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid agile methodologies. Project duties will also include PMO support tasks such as managing action items and backlog, tracking risks and issues, preparing instructions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing and managing communication plans, assisting with process improvements, tracking resource allocation, preparing status reports, managing work plans, and serving as a liaison between business and technical partners. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works with project team and sponsor. Documents risks and develops mitigation plans.
