Identify system issues, deficiencies, or unmet requirements, and facilitate resolutions. Perform retest procedures, document outcomes, and ensure traceability. Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to test new software configurations. Present testing results to stakeholders for approval. Tasks Include : Design, execute, and debug test plans for software applications based on business and technical specifications. Review project requirements and develop test cases to validate requirements. Detect and identify configuration or workflow failures, document issues, and ensure corrections. Evaluate software usability and error-handling procedures. Communicate test progress, results, and relevant information to stakeholders and management. Document test results and provide historical analysis of software functionality. Record configuration anomalies and defects in an issue-tracking database. Participate in application planning and design meetings. Provide instructions and training for end-users as needed. Skills Required 3+ years in Software Testing 3+ years in Test Case Development 3+ years in Web-based software failure detection 3+ years in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 3+ years in Defect Tracking and Test Case Management 3+ years in Ability to interpret Business Process Workflow diagrams 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft software, service desk ticket management, and communication tools Experience Preferred 5+ years of software testing experience Education Required Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience may substitute year-for-year).
