Key Responsibilities: The ServiceNow Platform Architect plays a consultative and advisory role, guiding customers, partners, and teams to establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on designing scalable, sustainable solutions to improve business outcomes and ensure platform health and governance. Key duties include: Experience and Expertise: 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 2 years as a ServiceNow Architect. Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its complexities. Technical Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to development teams and stakeholders. Define best practices and standards for platform implementations. Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides. Consultative Role: Collaborate with stakeholders to document and streamline processes and workflows. Relay complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and ServiceNow partners. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Drive solutions aligned with long-term platform strategies. Implementation and Customization: Design and implement custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Streams, Scripted REST APIs). Expertise in various ServiceNow modules, including: ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management ITOM: Event Management, CMDB/Asset Management Customer Service Management (CSM) Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics Custom application development and Service Portal Skills: Strong knowledge of technical governance and ServiceNow instance strategies. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer success. Proficiency in creating scalable and sustainable architectures aligned with business goals.
