Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2-mandatory and CICS-mandatory). Should have good working experience in COBOL-DB2-CICS programming. Knowledge in REXX, Eazy-retrieves, Distributed systems. Understanding on the SDLC. Understanding on the Agile methodologies. Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report. Should have strong oral and written communication. Should be a good team member. Should be proactive and adaptive. Should have strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
