This role is integral to driving our organizations data strategy and ensuring seamless execution of Azure projects, including data migration, architecture modernization, and advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency in Azure data services with strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage multiple Azure data projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional team alignment. Azure Data Solutions Oversight: Guide the design and implementation of scalable Azure data solutions, such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Cosmos DB. Ensure effective data governance, compliance, and security measures across Azure environments. Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business analysts to deliver optimized data pipelines and analytics solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, fostering collaboration between IT and business units. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership. Continuously evaluate Azure platform performance and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT program management, with at least 3 years focused on Azure data platforms. Proven track record of managing large-scale data projects involving Azure cloud services. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Azure Data Services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL, etc.). Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics.
