Position: Project Managers or Scrum Masters Location: Hybrid/ Alpharetta, GA JOB DESCRIPTION: A Fleet Delivery Lead /Scrum Master to support Wealth Solutions Technology desire to have someone who is self-sufficient with foundational knowledge of At Work business (or wealth management technology) and ability to translate requirements / needs between business and technology teams. Foundational technology program/project management / scrum master experience or knowledge is a must Resource should be based in Alpharetta as team is currently staffed there Coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, and Technology, to outline requirements, procedures, and processes. This will include analysis, discovery review and recommendation, resource management, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, org design, capacity sizing, etc. Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on becoming an agile organization utilizing Agile values, principles, and practices. Mentor and pair with change agents within client organizations to become ambassadors of agility and create sustaining capabilities. Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions or evidence that can optimize project reporting Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications Tell the story, document, planning and analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and problems, and drafting business and technical work/data flows Facilitate or support project facilitator, create materials for executive and organizational presentation, and provide reporting/metrics as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5 - 10 years practical Agile experience/ product management / Scrum Master, agilest role experience Experience with at least one previous example of owning an agile transformation within an organization. During this time, you have demonstrated a solid understanding and passion for Agile within an organization. Actively held certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or Certified Scrum Professional. Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Experience and or knowledge of Business Agility preferred Driven individual who can meet tight deadlines and produce trainings aligned to Adult Learners Passionate about your role and bring a can do attitude to work Ability to be a member of a dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, working remote 2 days a week and in the office 3 days.
