Job Title : Healthcare Business Analyst Experience : 9 + Visa: Except Opt/CPT Job Description: Experience with business requirement development for reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos. Experience as an Analyst in the Health Insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare field is highly preferred. Support the organizations key business processes and applications, recommending business process redesign where applicable. Develop Business Requirements Documents to support the creation of enterprise-level reports and tools. Perform analysis, gather, and document project requirements, and ensure communication with all stakeholders. Coordinate and provide project oversight for multiple large, complex projects, including new system development and updates to existing systems. Ensure adherence to software development life cycle processes. Maintain effective verbal and written project communication among all project personnel. Handle sensitive data daily, ensuring proper data security oversight. Collaborate with agency staff to understand and document business processes. Act as the primary liaison between the ISD department and multiple business units. Maintain business systems standards by applying project management methods, tools, and processes. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with documented and approved policies, procedures, and best practices. Attend and participate in project and non-project related meetings.
