May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field. A certain degree of creativity is required. The purpose of this request is to procure an Analyst for ODOT Field Operations Services Information Systems team. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are: Elicit, gather, and document requirements Document business as-is/to-be processes and identify problems, gaps, and project objectives Research potential system solutions that would meet business operational needs Create test plans, test cases, and execute testing Record defects and retest bug fixes Refer to accompanying Skillset List.
