Job Title: SAP PPQM Manufacturing Consultant Location: Arizona City, AZ Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and requirements. Design and implement SAP PP and QM solutions tailored to business needs. Configure SAP PP and QM modules to meet the requirements of production planning, execution, and quality control. Conduct analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SAP environment. Provide support for SAP PPQM modules including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning. Develop detailed functional specifications for custom development and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM). Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer. Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate solutions. Monitor and maintain system performance post-implementation, providing continuous improvement recommendations. Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices in manufacturing and quality management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience as an SAP PPQM Consultant or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM module functionalities and integration points with other SAP modules. Experience with business process analysis, design, and solution implementation. Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and system integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. SAP certification in PP and/or QM is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 principles is advantageous.
