Facilitate the alignment of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) with Business Architecture practices to enable effective strategy execution and design for the organization and overall ecosystem Provided leaders and stakeholders with clarity and business transparency needed for decision-making through the discovery, depiction, analysis and maintenance of their end-to-end processes Led alignment between business and technology partners on programs and business transformation initiatives with process designs to ensure solutions were built to expectations Drove enterprise process management (EPM) best practices thought leadership and maturity with specific focus on how aligning with other disciplines like Business Architecture can help close the gap between strategy and execution A Business Architect has not traditionally done as well in this space due to need for technical depth Scott (customer) himself owns the Business of IT Opportunity for taking technical and business things off his plate Scott is running the Aptio implementation himself Junior EA opp, as per one of the managers Currently his team is understaffed by 1 due to performance and thats what has created this role. Target start will be 1/6/25 most likely because they are under cost controls right now Architect Requirements: Hold own on technical capabilities with business partners technical leads (credibility) who are incredibly technical Not necessarily a hands on keyboard role, but a role which must understand things like: Datacenter migration to cloud, high availability technical Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Software development pipelines Example of what someone needs from a tech perspective, If I said we were needing to talk about an app on RedHat 5.5, this person would understand why and be able to describe.
