Sr ETL Programmer Developer Hartford CT-Hybrid -Locals 8 Months GC USC Encouraged to apply Role Overview: Seeking a senior Lead Full Stack Developer to participate in the SDLC, including design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of .NET applications and the new SACWIS system. The candidate will create/maintain SSRS reports, develop SSIS ETL packages, support SOA integration, and collaborate with the System Integrator for knowledge transfer and ongoing module maintenance. Responsibilities: Develop Tableau reports. Design and develop database architecture (data structures, marts, dictionaries, models). Create data acquisition and quality strategies. Assist in data migration/integration from legacy systems. Develop custom SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers using T-SQL. Access data from various database systems (DB2, SQL Server). Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions for data processes. Apply data analytics best practices. Collaborate with Business Analysts and validate requirements. Integrate external data with in-house systems. Validate and optimize ETL processes. Design data conversion strategies. Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance. Create SSIS packages with data exchange (FTP/SFTP file transfers). Participate in all stages of data processes (requirements gathering to maintenance). Develop and deploy Tableau reports. Create dynamic, cross-tab, and summary reports. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years with Tableau, complex SQL queries, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS/Talend. Experience optimizing query performance and SSIS package deployment. Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, version control (Team Foundation). Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft (preferred). Skills: Organized, proactive, self-directed. Strong abstract thinking and communication skills.
