Responsibilities: - The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for the operational triage & support of back-end transactional systems and data integrations. This role will be accountable for break/fix operational support as well as new development & enhancements with limited supervision. The analyst will handle all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on Java & SQL design, development, & performance tuning. Triages complex problems by analyzing the system and running SQL queries. Communicates incident status and resolution with impacted users. Analyzes and defines requirements for minor enhancements based on user needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Documents existing system logic and process flows. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. 6+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, & PL/SQL for running queries, data research, and production support Experience with ETL processes using data hubs and Operational Data Store (ODS) Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations, financial reconciliation, & provider networks Experience with JSON, CSV, and EDI transaction standards Experience with production operations support Experience: - 10 Years Location: - Remote Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills: - Mandatory skills Development and Production Support experience Good to have skills: - Preferred Experience in Healthrules Payor or similar Healthcare Payor Systems.
