Role name: SAP ATTP with TraceLink Role Description: Onboard CMO and product partners in TraceLink. Establish technical connectivity between SAP ATTP, TraceLink Sets up Material master data systems in TraceLink Communicates and coordinates projects with external entities and global partners like CMO, Partners, and 3PL Provide technical assistance by collaborating with Partners, Business teams, ERP, and Infrastructure teams Collaborate with technical and business resources throughout the project life cycle; documenting business plans, data design specifications, test plans, and validated testing documents, delivering implementation plans and service level agreements, and providing production support for business users and business service providers Understanding of global Serialization regulatory requirements Maintain and update procedures as required. Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
