Job Title: Workday HCM - Test Manager Location: Remote with the ability to travel to New York when required Job Type: Contract Experience: 8 to 10 years Skills Required: Experience in Workday HCM functional areas, including integration to external systems (ideally Payroll integration, Reporting & Security testing). Experience in data validation across Workday modules: HCM, FINS & PSA. Previous experience managing a test team in a large organization or a complex project involving multiple stakeholders. Experience leading end-to-end Workday HCM test management throughout the full SDLC (Management & Execution). Attention to detail and a creative approach to report progress on test management, via statistics or high-level updates for various stakeholders. Strong risk awareness skills, with the ability to forecast and evaluate risk severity, and mitigate without impacting testing timelines. Experience as a test lead focusing on integration testing. Working knowledge of test management tools (Jira or Zephyr preferred), including the development and maintenance of test automation tools. Ability to work alongside outsourced resources and teams across different regions while leading with professionalism. Capability to develop and maintain test automation tools. Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Delivery-focused, with high energy and drive. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity for developing fast and simple solutions. Credibility, professionalism, and strong personal integrity.
